This blanket was inspired by a Kantha stitched bedspread I found on one of my visits to
India and by my love of traditional patchwork quilt designs and tessellations. 

The blanket is possibly one of my easiest designs to date, with many of the pieces based on traditional Granny Square motifs. The project starts off with simple pieces and gets progressively harder.

The 24 page full colour brochure pattern includes the instructions for the original indigo blue colour way and the new red and cream version.
